    Arrive in Tashkent. Transver to the hotel. Rest. Afternoon walk in modern Tashkent: Independence Square, Amir Timur Square, theatre of ballet and opera after Alisher Navoiy.

    Take a morning train to Bukhara.  Bukhara city also called “holy” or “blessed”. Monuments of ancient architecture in Bukhara are unique. Bukhara had been one of the most important trade centers on the Great Silk Road during many centuries, that is why there are majority of caravanserais and covered bazaars, which attract tourists till our days. Today we will have a short excursion across the old town: Nadir Devonbegi, Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan Madrasas.

    OPTIONAL Folk and oriental fashion show program will be organized in Nodir Devonbegi madrasah. Such a show in a historical place will immerse you in the atmosphere of Shekherezada’s tales

    Morning excursion: Precious stone of the treasure of Central Asia is Samanids Mausoleum (9-10th cc.) which impresses by its ornament and brickwork. Visit Ark Citadel, trading domes, Poyi Kalon ensemble and other architectural monuments of great architectors of their time are located here in Bukhara.

    Today we will visit a local family, where we will have a cooking class of traditional uzbek meal – plov.

    After breakfast drive to Samarkand via Gijduvan city, where we will visit a potter workshop. The head of family, a potter of 6th generation, will introduce us Gijduvan ceramics production process.

    Continue to Samarkand. Samarkand is one of the ancient cities in the world, contemporary of Athens, Roma and Babylon. Samarkand is more than 2500-years old. On the East Samarkand calls as “precious pearl”, appearance of the earth”. Afternoon excursion: 

    Guri Emir Mausoleum. Guri-Emir mausoleum and burial vault of Timurids dynasty from far away remembers a blue tulip with closed turquoise petals.

    Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion along the city: Registan Square is a heart of Samarkand. The square appeared many times before the Mongols invasion (18th century) as a place of city artisans and tradesmen crowding. The word Registan means, “place on the sand”.

    You will also see Bibi-Khanum mosque (15th c.), Shakhi Zinda complex and Ulugbek observatory.

    Later drive to  Konigil village, where we will visit Meros paper-factory. We will have opportunity to observe hand-made paper production process.

    After breakfast drive to Tashkent. Afternoon excursion: Barak-Khana-madrasah, Mausoleum Kaffal Chachi and Siyaab Bazaar. Afternoon flight to Almaty. Upon arrrival meet with the guide and driver. Transfer to the hotel Check in. Dinner. Overnight at the Hotel

    After breakfast city tour: Visit to Republic Square and Monument of Independence. Walk via old city center (today: Square Astana) to the 28 Panfilovtsev Park. Along the Avenue of memory obelisks with names of 28 fighters of the 1075th regiment of the 316th shooting division, accepted unequal battle with German tanks in the winter of 1941 are established during fight for Moscow), Zenkov Cathedral (monument of cult architecture of Christians in Kazakhstan). Also we will visit the Museum of Musical Instruments, Abai Theater.  Transfer to the Eagle farm, to see the performance of eagle hunting, meet with the hunters. Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

    After breakfast leave Almaty and head towards Basshi in Altyn-Emel National Park. Altyn-Emel is a national natural park located in the Ili river valley in the Kazakhstan territory. The Park was founded on 10 April 1996 with the purpose to preserve a unique natural complex, archeological, historical and cultural monuments, rare and endangered species of animals and plants. In the Park territory of total area of 520,000ha, one can find various landscapes: mountain, sand-desert, rank and deserted ones. Upon arrival to Bashi drive to the “Singing Dunes”, i.e. the state landscape monument. 150 meters high sand dune situated in between two rocky mountain ranges is a truly spectacular. There are only few of these lonely standing sand dunes in the world. People say when the air is dry enough; wind going through the sand grains emits a noise that resembles organ music. There is a superstition; a dream of the person, who succeeds to climb the top of the dune, will come true; but if the traveler loses his way, he is a greater sinner. Meal B/L/D

    Breakfast in the guesthouse. Transfer to Charyn Canyon. It is an amazing creation of nature that has existed for millions of years, picturesque and very diverse in geomorphologic aspects. The height of steep mountainsides reaches 150-300 meters. Numerous ravines and gullies make dense rambling net. Wind and water created stunning «Red Castles Valley». All along the valley you are surrounded by towers of fantastical forms, built of sedimentary. Throughout time nature has created these architectural wonders, without haste, it has built majestic castles. A walk there.  Later on drive to Saty village. Dinner and overnight in Saty village.

     After breakfast visit Kolsay Lake. Kolsay is a name for a cascade of three lakes in Kungey Alatau ridge. The lakes are dark blue in color and filled with pure glacial water. Later on transfer to Almaty. On the way visit Issyk Museum. The reserve-museum where the loudest archeological find of Kazakhstan was found is the tomb of the Golden Man. The burial complex provides invaluable information about the culture of the ancient nomads of Kazakhstan. Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

    After breakfast transfer to airport. Take a flight home.
